Paul has worked as a vocational evaluator for 15 years, having entered the field in 1991. He completed a college diploma in Business Administration, followed by a degree in psychology at Brock University.  He currently operates Vocational Options Consulting, which is a mobile vocational evaluation facility that services south and central Ontario.   His credentials include: Certified Vocational Evaluator, Registered Rehabilitation Professional; and Certified Valpar Operator.  Outside of the vocational rehabilitation field he has been certified as a Microsoft Certified Networking Professional.  Paul assesses the vocational potential of individuals with a variety of disabilities and or disadvantages and provides recommendations regarding vocational/career planning. The majority of his experiences are with claimants of WS&IB, motor vehicle insurers, long term disability insurers, and lawyers.
