After an honorable discharge from the Canadian Forces in 1994, Serge started his career in the rehabilitation field by working with CSST,  the Quebec worker compensation program.  A short time later he was able to capitalize on his prior military experience and combine it with his knowledge of rehabilitation when he took a position as a Rehabilitation Counsellor with Manulife Financial. His specialization is working with medically releasing members of the Canadian Forces and in 2005 he was given the staff and responsibility for the province of Quebec.   Serge holds an undergraduate degree in  Vocational Rehabilitation and he has held his RRP designation since 2004.
