Phillip W. Boswell is the principal of P.W. Boswell & Associates. His company has provided services to many third party service providers as well as individual litigants since 2004.

Phil holds a Master of Arts degree along with three undergraduate degrees. He is a certified professional teacher and member of the British Columbia College of Teacher’s (BCCT). He is an American Board of Vocational Experts/Fellow (ABVE/F) and holds a Master’s Certificate Vocational Professional (MCVP) with the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals. He is a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada (VRAC) and sits on their Board of Directors.

Phil is also certified to deliver Job Finding Clubs and administer a variety of vocational interest, aptitude and achievement assessments. Phil will serve a two year term as president from 2009 to 2011.
